The K1 Chef’s knife is the all-around utility knife for all tasks intended to be done on the cutting board. This means it’s the most reached-for tool in the kitchen, capable of handling nearly anything you put in front of it. It is a Mediterranean-edged knife with a 210mm long blade, a balanced 50/50 grind, and a spine that begins at 3mm in thickness and gently tapers toward the tip. This one is crafted Nakiri style from 4116 high-performance stainless steel and finished with a clean, understated satin sheen. The handle is shaped from beautifully grained olive wood and features a single brass mosaic pin carrying the chef’s emblem

Care

For longer periods of storage, lightly apply mineral or camellia oil to both the blade and handle using a clean cloth
